All items are handmade with care. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Handmade Nature of Products
All products sold through Nia Felt It are handmade, one-of-a-kind items. Due to the handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description. All sales are considered final.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after dispatch. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nia Felt It. Reproduction, copying, or use of our designs without permission is prohibited.
